No loyalty reward ... member since 2017

Hi all - I'm wondering why I am not seeing a loyalty reward listed for my account.  I've been a PM member since September of 2017.  I'm currently on the 30-day, 4.5 GB 3G plan and have not had a disruption in my service since 2017.

 

My Rewards
Loyalty Reward $0
AutoPay Reward ($2)
Community Reward $0
Refer-a-Friend Reward $0

 

Can anyone advise?  Thanks in advance.

Try sending a message to the mods using the envelope link at the top right of the page. They should be able to fix it. Not sure if you will get any retroactive credits for your missed months though.

They should issue a manual credit if it's their mistake. It would bad if they didn't.

Have you had to use the "Lost/Stolen" feature in the last while ?

@jasonvaters Are you sure it was 2017 and not 2018?
