I referred a Friend sometime in May 2020 and until now, I have yet to see the $1/mo. credit on my account. I tried submitting a ticket to a Moderator Team, but the submit button does not activate; and it is not showing any error message either. It is frustrating. How do I get this issue resolved?

When I used a referral code the person in store checked it twice to make sure it was entered correctly. It’s possible the code wasn’t entered correctly or maybe your code wasn’t even entered.

In self service under refer a friend rewards do you see the phone number of your friend. Last 4 digits will be displayed.

The person you referred would have had to use your referral code for you to get $1 off per 30 days and they would get a $10 signup bonus. If they did get $10 it means they didn't use your code and used someone else's.
From May to now it's kind of late and I don't believe anything could be done.
The person you referred would have to contact moderators not you but if you want to write them send a private message if the chat bot is not working for you.

@ToyM are you sure that the person used your code correctly and received 10$ reward one time? Did you get SMS about successful reference?

FYI, it will be your friend that will likely need to contact the moderators to prove (or explain) that they used your referral code in May.
