On the 11th of this month, I was missing four dollars in rewards on my automatic payment. Instead of paying 18.08, I was charged $22.60. How do I recover the difference?

If you believe you didn’t get rewards for your autopay. I recommend you send a private message to the moderator team and ask them to investigate that for you. include your account# or phone#, as well as your account PIN (if know) to help speed up the identification process.

Are you sure that you still are on autopay can you see your credit card information in your self serve account? Are you sure that you persons you referred are still with public mobile?
If yes for both you can ask the moderator to check in your account here https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437. Waiting time is few hours to 2 days.
