Missing Rewards

i did not receive $4 rewards for this month.

$1 referred friend,

$2 auto pay 

$1 loyal customer

I changed my plan on September 7th 2020.

Did you scheduled your plan change on your renewal date which was September 7th 2020?

If yes, you should get your rewards added to your account as available fund during the early hours of September 7th 2020.

 

If you change plan immediately, PM always want the full plan fee.  Someone said, PM will credit your rewards within a few days.  But I never received my rewards automatically after plan change immediately.  I had to ask moderator to manually credit my rewards to my account.  Create a support ticket if you do not get your reward after waiting for a few days.

Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password.  Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.

- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen.  The mods answer will show up there.  When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.
