Got ur attention, lol

I have been with public mobile since june 2014 & public says for each yr. I stay on as a "Loyal" Customer i will get one dollar taken off my monthly bill up to a max of 4 yrs.

Here i am in july 2017 & nothing has been applied to lower my monthly bill by $4. a month.
Like my avatar with the clock & running shoe...Time is running out, lol

Jan 27/15 is the cutoff date for Legacy plans. They STILL have access to a call centre but no rewards.

If you are on a legacy plan, I think those plans are not elgiable for rewards, but maybe an orcale can confirm this? In order to get that $4 off per 30 days, you will need to switch to a reward elgible plan if that is the case
