You could actually have 500 (or more) referrals on your account even with a $10 plan. The rewards get converted into your account balance just before.each renewal. Any of that remaining after renewal will remain in your account for future use.
@LovesToPMI think the maximum reward credits you can earn every 30 days is up to the cost of your plan, regardless of where the rewards come from. I'm not sure about a maximum balance.
I don't think so, Public Mobile says any plan can be reduced to $0 monthly, so there probably no limit - and it wouldn't make sense for Public to put limit on how many referals people give.
