Incoming calls not working

I activated over on Monday night and the phone is still not receiving calls - or text massage.  Not sure if this is an incomplete port, or if the account is set to not ring.  I have checked the phone and it is not set to "Do Not Disturb". I called to my old provider I got the right information

Account # DBC *********** , Can anyone help?  Thanks.

welcome to the forums. it is best to remove your personal data from teh post.  please edit it if possible.

sounds like an in complet port but... please loginto self serve and let us ow whta plan it says you have and your available balance. on som activations teh wrong plan was added.  if taht is teh case you can top up the available funds and activate the proper plan.  then ask fro a credit to your account from teh mods.

In your message send them:
1) account email address
2) PM phone number
3) explanation of what is happening
4) link to this thread if you want

5) if incompelt port your old account name and number and sim number
