Incorrect ----   even the $10 plan gets the auto-pay $2 reward. Cut and pasting from my 91 year old grandmother's $10 account. Now that a deal that can't be beat!

  • My Rewards
    • Loyalty Reward ($2)
    • AutoPay Reward ($2)
    • Community Reward $0
    • Refer-a-Friend Reward ($1)

I didn't say anything about a $10 plan. I said 10-day plan.  I have a $10 plan in the household and I'm well aware that customers can earn rewards for it.

My apologies to

@BEER   I think you may have misread computergeek's post, he was referencing the 10 day (really old discontinued plan which wasn't eligible for rewards) and not the 2019 discontinued $10 plan.  🙂

I'm wondering if there might be some confusion between the pretax and after-tax amount. $13+sales taxes can roughly come out to about $15, depending on the province.

Yep, there is NO $15 pioneer plan so it's a current offer and eligible for rewards.

For Rewards-Ineligible Customers

Customers who are on a Legacy / Pioneer or 10-day plan not eligible for Rewards. If you are a Legacy / Pioneer customer and switch to a Rewards-eligible plan, please note:

Here's a reference to this being discussed before about legacy plans being made eligble. Unfortunately, the link in this message no longer works, but it appears to point to an annoucement that Public Mobile previously made. https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Rewards/How-to-change-from-Legacy-to-Rewards/m-p/3281...

@gblackma That's not the case. This was changed around the time that the call centre was eliminated. All Public Mobile plans, with the exception fo 10-day plans are rewrards eligible, even ones that previously included call centre support.

For Rewards-Ineligible Customers

Customers who are on a Legacy / Pioneer or 10-day plan not eligible for Rewards. If you are a Legacy / Pioneer customer and switch to a Rewards-eligible plan, please note:

  • Rewards will not be applied retroactively: Rewards will only be earned from the date you switched to an eligible plan.
  • Your tenure began when you first activated with Public Mobile. For instance, if you joined 3 years ago on a Legacy plan, and switch to a Rewards-eligible plan, your Loyalty Reward will begin at $3 per 30 days.
  • Referral Rewards are not retroactive. Only referrals made after switching to a Rewards-eligible plan will be counted.

Technically, the article is still correct in that there are no customers on legacy plans anymore.

@Jitendrapatel if you log into your self service account do you see the $2 autopay reward? It should look like this on your overview page. 20200419_140531.jpg

If it doesn't then its not activated. Then enable it.
1. Go the "Payment" tab
2. Click the BIG "Manage Autopay" icon beside "One time payment"
3. Then click "Add Autopay"

Stay safe.

@Jitendrapatel any of the current plans https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/plans . Your data speed would be LTE limited to 3mbts. And choose to change at next renewal date. Here's an article on switching plans  https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/change-your-plan . Stay safe.

@Jitendrapatel

Which plan do you have?

IIRC, some old plan does not qualify for rewards.

Are you on a 10-day plan? Those are the only plans that aren't eligible for rewards.
