This thread's old and solved. There's no reason to put in a ticket. Credits aren't immediate and a ticket wouldn't have made credits come faster.

I can confirm that it is working, but takes a few days. 

Activated one account on Friday, got the credit today. 

Same with your auto pay credit, it comes after a few hours, so that $2 will be used on your next cycle. 

And if you aren't using auto pay, please do, it's $2.

Your friend with the code will see a $1 credit right away under the rewards section of their self serve account. But your $10 credit and their bonus $20 can take up to 72 hours but usually appear the following day.
