I have not gotten the 30 day free credit I signed up on the 22 of December 2018
I went to the same store on the 31 of December 2018 and his account has already been credited for his plan for the free month

did u meet all the stipulations? otherwise document everything and contact the mods
Not sure what the exact promo is, but it might b those "free 2nd month" ones which could mean ur free credit is still on its way and it'll be in ur account before the 2nd month starts.
I believe most credits are applied in the following month. I just made the switch from Telus last month and just received my first $10 credit in my account today to be applied to my next bill. If you don't see it in your account for month two, I'd contact the Mods. Hope this helps.
