How do rewards link to my self-serve account?

My apologies if this info is easily findable, I tried browsing the community but I can't seem to find it.

So I have a seperate Community account and also a Self-Serve account for Public Mobile.

So I'm wondering how rewards earned through the community then get linked up to my self-serve account? I have the same email in both accounts. does that link them together?

@leejoohy, you need the same email address on your selfserve account and on the community. They are indeed linked together.
