Re: Community Reward

Can there not be a way to archive old posts? Just a suggestion

@Lolo20 you've posted to a 23-page thread that was last active in April.  Without using the Quote feature or tagging the person you're responding to, it's really hard to know what these statements above are in response to.

@srlawren  The replies were respectively to...

@Lolo20  In addition to quoting the messages for clarity as srlawren suggested, you might also want to check the date of the messages to which you're replying. Pretty sure those members are no longer waiting for those answers 3.5 to 4 years later.

Customer don't need to reply to 3.5 to 4 years later to message unless they are posting only for rewards.

Re: Community Reward

I'm new to this and very curious about how the community rewards work!! Basically the more you bravo and comment the more rewards you recieve? So far I'm loving public!

@mayurkher  No, rewards do not have to exceed your monthly plan cost before they can be used.  Early in the morning on the day of your renewal, the billing system will first convert any rewards you've accumulated in your rewards page into available funds, then use those funds toward your payment. If the rewards plus any existing funds balance are not enough to cover the payment, it will take the difference owing from your registered autopay credit card, assuming you have autopay activated.
