Bonus Rewards Issue

It seems that there is a two tiered approach to paying in advance with AUTO-PAY.  The two tiers feature a quantitative reward ($2 per month credit) and a memory add-on or top up on an escalating manner for all but two plans.  Is there a specific reason why AUTO-PAY sees these two plans as being inferior with respect to the memory add-on or top-up to only offer one form of a reward.  And before folks go on about the minimalist pay for one of the accounts - note that the second account is in the middle range and also is in the hybrid modality of AUTO-PAY too.

Thanks folks!

Which two plans?  All currently offered plans offer the same Autopay reward, with the only difference being how often it is paid out (30 days vs. 90 days).  The only plans not eligible for rewards are very old 10 day plans that customers can no longer get.

I guess when you say memory add-on you mean bonus data.

The $10 plan is the basic basic plan with no data bonus's. The $15 plan has a smaller amount of bonus data. The rest all have 500 mb as their data bonus. Except the single data-only plan.

All plans are eligible for the $2 reward.

Re: Bonus Rewards Issue

Precisely, these two do not acquire any bonus data. Just curious as to what the threshold was to not offer it for these plans - even though the same net benefit is acquired by Public Mobile in the payment process.

Only PM will know the rationale behind marketing decisions. I can kinda grasp why those two don't but who knows.

Re: Bonus Rewards Issue

Just FYI here but another piece of this puzzle is that previously the $30 plan (which later dropped to $25) with 500 Mb also did not come with the 500 Mb Autopay Data bonus. It was added sometime earlier this year. Only larger data plans had the data bonus.
