Hi it looks as if I didnt get the auto pay reward on my latest bill. How do I go about getting this fixed?

If it is your first bill you won’t but you will get discount on your second bill

Was it set up? Do you have a card registered?

If no card then you need to add one. In addition, just having a card does not mean autopay is enabled. Then you enable autopay after registering a card.

Had you possibly used the Lost/stolen function to suspend your services for some reason before your renewal?
