hello

i activited at wallmart since 3 days but still i didn't get the 20$ till now..

activation was with plan of 10$ but the next day i had to change to the one for 40$ because i was run of minutes..

in the promo it says activite with 30 days plan text and talk and that s what i did ..

so why im not getting the 20$

Why does the switch credit for the plan.  The subscriber has satisfied the requirement of the talk and text plan first activation.

The credit is stated in the plan to be applied within the 3 days.  Done deal.

Nothing stated about changing the plan prior to receiving the credit.

know your rights....fight for the credit.

@Afaf-ag $20 account credit is for all Talk + Text plans without Data.

You switched your plan the next day after the activation to $40 plan! A $40 plan includes Data. If you switch the next day after the activation, thus makes you ineligible for $20 account credit!
