I have been reading about some PM customers having extra SIMs for friends and family. If you know someone on PM, you could ask if they have a spare. Also, they can give you a code that gets you $10 off your first month.

Canada Post is slow as molasses this year, and I imagine its only getting worse as the holidays approach. As others have mentioned, you can go to certain stores and just buy a SIM

Not sure whether the Canada post tracker is still working these days:

Otherwise, usually need to wait 2-3 weeks to receive SIM card.

Public Mobile does not always send shipments by trackable Canada Post service. SIM cards are often mailed as a letter. Some other times, Public Mobile uses an entirely different shipping company.

My Sim card took about 3 weeks to arrive when I ordered, but Canada Post is really busy now with everything going on.  If you are in a rush you could always buy local - Walmart, London Drugs, Superstore (check out in your area) depending on where you live and keep the one you are getting in the mail as a backup or for a refer-a-friend.  I would suggest waiting a few more weeks and if it doesn't arrive then contacting a Moderator to see if they could assist.  Welcome to Public Mobile - you will love the savings!

You can also order them from

Currently $9.99 but they usually have them on sale.

SIMs are usually sent by post without tracking and have been taking as long a 2 weeks to be delivered.
If you don't want to wait pick one up at one of PM's retail locations. https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/store-locator
