Sim card purchased 9 days ago, still not delivered

I lost my sim card after switching to a foreign sim card while travelling. I ordered a new one 9 days ago, got a shipping confirmation 8 days ago, but there hasn't been any updates since. It shouldn't take that long if it's XpressPost and I live in Toronto.

 

This is what my order confirmation page says:

 

Your shipment is confirmed
We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.

Toronto deliveries are really fast.  From time to time, customers have reported lost shipments.  I suggest mentioning the lost shipment to the moderator team to see if they will issue a replacement.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Refer to the following knowledge base link for information on contacting the moderator team.

I would give it a while longer. Remember xpress post is still Canada post that only work most business days for a few hours lol. If it hasn't come in a couple more days you could contact the mods using private message
