Bought SIM at Loblaws Mobile Shop East Mall and Burnhamthorpe

Bought a PM SIM there last week.  Checked that it was unactivated and was reassured by sales guy.  Very friendly, in and out in 2 minutes.

I went to 4 locations looking for sim cards, 3 of which were at a Loblaws Mobile Shop. I would recommend to call them ahead of time and confirm if they have sim cards you can activate on your own. Some stores have a limited supply of sims that can be sold unactivated and those requiring in store activation.

That's great to hear. Unlike walmart, TMS has been reasonably good when it comes to buying sim only.
