You may need to check your various email accounts. Usually, when you activated your account, you would have received a welcome email from Public mobile.

You can try each of your emails in the forgot password portion. Do this one at a time. The emails to reset your password might take a little bit of time. So do that and wait maybe half an hour?
Not sure if this will work. You can try setting up a new account option on the right side. You might be able to use your current email and make a new self serve account.
Or you could contact the moderators. This might take upto 3 days.
