I can't use my phone for any mobile services, including texting, calling, and data. There's no problem with my phone, and the payment has already been charged from my account. I can't get immediate help to fix the problem. The only thing I can do is waiting for you to reply my message with a bunch of non-helpful advice, and still didn't fix the problem. So I have to reply your message, and keep waiting. Terrible customer support services. Right now, nobody can reach me.

Yes, just switched over to public mobile and would agree it was pretty stressful not being able to speak to something. Even something simple like a live chat would be helpful instead of the chatbot

Sadly, this is definitely NOT going to happen at PM. If you feel better with a call centre you need to choose a different provider. If never losing service is crucial read some ideas here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Discussions/SECURITY-OF-SERVICE/m-p/23214#M4783

Sure I'd love a call center but we all know if Public Mobile adds it back our plans would get more expensive then they already are.
