Hi, some functions of the site are not easy to find. For instance, I have to go to Add-ons to find stuffs like My Profile, Payment, Plan, Rewards, Lost/Stolen Phone, Change Phone number, etc. I think that it would be more intuitive to put those functions under My Account, rather than under Add-Ons > Purchase Add-ons >, which doesn't make sense to me. I believe that the site structure should be re-evaluated and changed. What do you think?

I agree, there are definitely some little things that Public Mobile can tweak to make their site a bit more intuitive. For example, I wouldn't know that Lost/Stolen Phone is under Plan and Add-ons if I didn't go through all the tabs.

I don't really think it's out of line to look under plans & addons (which is under "my account") to find these options.  They do relate directly to plans and addons, rather than the whole account.

 

I like where they are.

Hi - we're going to tackle this as part of making the self serve area of the website responsive in design (ie mobile friendly). We don't have a timeline for this but it is somethign we recognize needs to be done.
