USSD Codes to check Data Balance

Hello PM Community, 

I think this would be Cool and Useful at the same time.

We should have a USSD code to check the Data Balance like in Speakout.

When I want to check my Data Balance in Speakout I dial *777*4# from my phone and I get this:

Could Public Mobile implement a USSD Code to check the Data Balance? ( Please give me bravos if this could be useful for you )

Sometimes is not convenient to launch a web browser and loggin into "My Account".

I'd love this feature!

There is already a text warning system in place. But what was suggested would be much better.

Would be an amazing little neat feature. Or that, Or Have some sort of "Sim Toolkit" And Have Options where the user can check balance,add funds,etc. Ive seen it with a US Sim card and im sure it can be done with little or no effort.

Checking data balance is just one of the many ways USSD codes could improve our customer experience. While we currently don't have this capability, our team is at work evaluating this idea. Stay tuned for more!

Excellent idea.  What we'd all like is an app to check usage, but texting is better than logging into the website in order to find out. +Bravo'd

USSD code would be great, as would a standalone usage app, but if it's not an option yet try bookmarking your usage page and add to your home screen, I think its the next best thing.

@CS_Agentwhen you consider implementing that, please use some USSD code from 100 to 149 as this is the only range that is guaranteed to work in roaming according to https://www.gsma.com/newsroom/wp-content/uploads/IR.45-v1.0.pdf and mobile subscribers would not worry about checking their balance in roaming - it would work. In other words, it's better pick e.g. *100#, *110# or *130# rather than something like *777#. *777# etc might not work in roaming.
