I just went to self-serve to find out when exactly i joined PM. Well, i didn't find the date listed anywhere. Only way i figured it out is by looking at my very first payment transaction date. If someone joined couple years ago and had no clue when exactly they joined, it would not be simple to find out. For sure overtime they are tracking on getting loyalty rewards and they might remember the date.

 

So, it would be better if you just show the date under my profile on overview page. 

 

Something like this:

LOL. I mean, there's an extremely simple way to figure out when you joined PM, if you used a valid email when signing up.... check your email. I just looked up "Welcome to Public Mobile" and the first email they sent me was July 18th, 2015, which happened to coincide with the day I signed up, after having gone through countless issues with Virgin Mobile and Wind Mobile. Been very happy during my time here, and I'm hoping to stay happy here for years to come. Honestly, just looking up Public Mobile, and finding the first email they ever sent you is a pretty simple way to find a join date. Not too much effort, as long as you have 2 minutes of time (Max) to spare. If 2 minutes seems like too much time to find an email that could be quite old (Only took me 15 seconds) @NDesai then yes, this should be added, if it doesn't, then why not just do that? 😄

Hey @NDesai and everyone who supported this idea,

 

Thanks for this idea! We like it and think that it would be a quick way for customers to keep track of when they joined and double check their loyalty reward. We are hoping to make several tweaks to our web page and self serve account in the next year or so. We have noted this and will keep you posted once we have more information. 

 

In the meantime, like @kutzki said, make sure to keep your welcome email from us so you can keep track of when you joined!

No offense @Brooke_C but your web pages and self serve could use more than several tweaks. You need a design update on the self serve page. Better, smoother, easier functionality on the my account page. Less buggy implementation of new features that doesn't break our accounts for weeks on end. You guys are going to need to work a bit harder than several tweaks a year. Lol
