@gauthira, will not happen. The whole point of Public Mobile is no frills, prepaid service. Call centres are not available to anyone who have signed up after January 27, 2015. That's one way TELUS is able to offer these plans for so low.
Having shorter email turnaround or live chat via web is a more likely option instead.
Missed the point, no frills does not mean you can't possibly talk to anyone when an error occurs. I was charged twice same amount in two days, I was double billed! No way to report it? Well then why should I trust them with my Credit card details for automatic payment?? Now on other hand if payment is not made, cut off at once, That’s fair but errors do happen, what I only want is that it be fixed. So how does that fit into the no frills environment? Regards
