I read this from a PM client, and I believe it doesn't exist YET, but I will make a case for it:

 

If PPL have $$$ already in the System, and are going on a 2 Month Vacation, and They don't want to be $$$ for services they will NOT be able to use during that time, Perhaps putting that in Self-Serve so that they can put their A/C on Hiatus, And Not be Charged

 

So, if you had $130 in System, and your Rate Plan(s) was $30, and you were going on a 2 Month Vacation, being able to put A/C in Hibernation Mode and retaining the $130, or even a Small Hibernation Fee, Like $10-$15, can certainly be more preferable to paying Full Rates for Services you can't enjoy if on Vacation

There should be an option that customer's PM account is not charged until customer allows PM to charge the account.

 

There should not be any hibernation fee. As after 90 days of no payment they close the account.

Couldn't you just go down to the $10 "i get nothing" plan for the 2 months and accomplish the same thing?

Ok i just checked to see what plan would come up if i selected nothing... and no plan came up. Ok i get your point.

Are there really only 7 other people who think this would be a good idea? C'mon, folks! It should be easy enough for PM to implement such a feature - and it would come in handy not just for travelers but also people who don't need to use their phones during a certain season or for long periods of unemployment, etc.
