PM should, as part of the option, to permit PM Clients to, lets say that they don't use CC to pay for plan renewal and instead use voucher, to stop renewal payment, so like if they're on vacation, not having $$$ that they have in PM account system automatically renew plan, as it maybe considered a waste of $$$ when they're not using it.

Just my opinion, to help PM become better, and also as a means without having to use that suspend phone if lost/stolen as I would think that was NOT designed for that kind of action, and if I am not mistaken, even if enabled $$$ would still be deducted

Agreed that PM should have better options for people who want to temporarily suspend service, for on vacation, extended away on buisness, or whatever. Although not great, there is some ability to manage the senario you mention by setting up a change to a mimimal plan at the automatic renewal, then changing back when you are back. The least that way you are spending $$ instead of $$$, though it be nice to get that down to $ 🙂

Hey @JaK $10 every 100 days does not seem to onerous, but is annoying since you must log in very 99 days (to be safe). Bell charges $50 to suspend service for 6 months.

Hi @Luddite

Agreed $10 per 100 days is good, I would consider that definitely $, but that is a "account suspended" option and not appicable in the senerio that @makkahn28 describes as there are already enough dollars for auto-renewal. The best case right now is for an auto-renew option is $45 for 90, which is almost double the Bell rate you mention, which is why I had it as $$.

(I guess you could also cover the senario by instead bumping up your plan so that the account does not enough to cover the auto-renew and fall into the account suspended option that way, but that is way to much dicking around IMO, it would be far better if PM would just fix this with some better suspend options!)

@JaK Yes, unfortunately if you have credit in your account my plan does not work. One must have a $0 balance and autopay off to let a plan go into suspension.
