I think PM needs more new moderator as we are getting lot of new members. Most of the people getting reply after weeks.my friends did not get a reply but they read the message.
That's right, I agree with this. I joined PM 10 days ago and for a simple question, sometimes I will have to wait for 2 or 3 days.
Hopefully all these issues will be over soon, the promotion ends this weekend, and once that is over, a little longer until the mods clean up the backlog and everything should be back to the normal awesome service from PM and the moderators.
With PM, the plans are attractive, features are awsome, price is quiet affordable. Everything looks incredible except customer service, A long wait to hear back, which sometimes becomes too much frustrating. Is anything going on to improve this element of PM?
I agree, especially when a Promo like the 12 GB thing goes haywire, an Important academic lesson, very informative and educational, hopefully this doesn't repeat itself when future Promos are unveiled
yea, I don't mind the moderator idea. Probably prefer over phone support as I usually have to wait for a rep and lots of time when I do get one, they're just reading from a book with answers. Many times, I don't necessarily need a response right away (unless my service is down), and I'm computer-literate enough to do web-based support so I don't mind waiting but within reason.
More mods mean more costs. Are you going to pay their salary, I wont. That is why they have foot soldiers like us .. we filter out a lot of the mess. but as the higher ups say, MOST ports that have come in work. The ones that do not, MOST of those are because the USER messed up their account information.
I do not see this happening.
Mr. chaos_scorpio, if you did not like this u can just say that.u dont have to ask ,are you going to pay their salary? .i am not against public mobile, but the customer satisfaction is the biggest thing in any business.i just wrote an idea to improve the customer satisfaction.
THe biggest drawback of PM is its customer service. Lower prices does not make sense at the cost of customer satisfaction. I believe, most of the customer will be ok paying little bit extra to get an eccellant customer service.
