Missed Call notification text messages

I know some people dislike them, but personally, I'd like to see missed call nofications sms messages.

I believe some of the dislike was because of how poorly Rogers originally implemented the Who Called service, with customers receiving the text messages even if the caller left voicemail or if a call simply went unanswered.  Neither of those things were supposed to happen.

Wind also has this and calls it Missed Call Service. 

Obviously, the text should only be sent out to the Public customer if the receiving phone doesn't ring (no signal or phone off), and it shouldn't be sent out if the phone rings or if a voicemail message is left.

i have to leave the phone on 24/7, once the phone is off, there is no way to know who had been calling you unless they leave a voice mail. Like Wind, the Missed call service is perfect for this issue. Why PM do not have this service?

Ki remember back in the day when I took the handset off the hook when I didn't want to be disturbed.  A missed call wasn't important, and if it was, they'd call me back later, or knock on my door.

People don't call each other anymore, they only text, one old friend of mine trying to call me to chat, we haven't been talk for awhile, my phone is off, never know he called, since the call is not important, he will never call again because he think i don't return his call, you may lost a freind just like that!
