Currently having separate accounts to order a SIM, have my phone plan and have a community account is annoying it would be easier and more convenient if they were just merged into one account.

 

For some, it might also be more convenient if we could merge several my accounts and can manage family accounts better. If having several phone numbers under one plan should have a several number bulk or family plan reward just like refer a friend.

The community account and the phone account are two seperate systems  and i do not think they can be linked.

 

ordering a sim I do not think they actually ask you to create an account, plus now you can buy sims at walmart and wow mobile

 

as for family accounts (multiple numbers under one account ) i do not think that will work,  both the nature of being prepaid  and the actual portal.   Plus I woudl not want to add more complexity to an already broken portal.  Most people get around that by doing the gmail+ trick and using the same password

The community accounts and the phone accounts must be able to be linked somehow to apply the community rewards.

 

To order a SIM they ask for all the information and might of at the time automatically created an account plus with the whole Walmart and Wow things go against the whole more complex thing.

 

All the issue they have with the different accounts should be the priority at the end of the day a more organized, structured and simple portal could be beneficial. I get the same password thing but to a degree, it is a security issue if used (especially on a larger scale).

 

To a degree, a certain level of complexity exists, multiple customers with multiple accounts all with the same user information. It is more of the best way of dealing with it the complex amount and level information. What way is the most efficient, effective, most customer friendly and most cost effective?

I can tell you this is a major reason my experience has been GARBAGE.

I've been having issues since the start, and if they didn't make it like jumping through hoops of fire I might have a different story right now.

Hell, the fact you can't PM the mods from your SelfServ login is stupid.

They make it impossible on purpose. To save money on support. But they are just going to lose money for people ditching in the end. I personally just don't want to leave them with an extra $30 bonus for their garbage service.
