Loyalty Rewards up to current plan value

It sucks that they changed it to "Loyalty Reward: You can earn Rewards for each year you stay with Public Mobile for up to 5 years." They should change it back to that you earn rewards for each year you stay with Public Mobile up to your current plan value in rewards to reduce your payment to $0 (or that seemed to be the case either way they should not be a five year limit).

@Michael77 as @stonechucker said the other day:  "Not every subscriber needs these addon, however, every subscriber CAN USE rewards directly towards their regular payment."

How hard is it to understand this concept?

Think about your plan as always being the same price, every cycle.  If you get lots of rewards, pat the equivalent amount to top up your plan, and use that amount to add the long distance, or Canadawide or any of the addons to your plan.

@Michael77, as I responded to @jeffster1970  and as others such as @srlawren and @stonechucker, have mentioned not everybody needs the extra features but everybody can benefit from getting money off their package. Reducing the price needed to pay for a package will allow those who want extra features to be able to afford those extra features.

That overall between add ons and ability to have rewards like cover the costs of add ons we have the issue of extra fetures instead of money covered.

You could never get more

(I have CDMA accounts which are well over 5 years old)

Plus you needed to be on rewards eligible plan and rewards were introduced less than 5 years ago

Looks like @jeffster1970 and @Michael77 got their way with the new promotion Get a GIG, Share a GIG, refer a friend and each of you get a 1 Gig add-on and the referrer gets the $1 per 30 day reward.

Sure does look like that, at least for the rest of November, or whatever that date is (it was noted).

However, I will not be refering anyone, as I will never use the extra 1 GB.
