I think that IF PM HAD AN Actual TROUBLESHOOTING Folder, LISTING ALL The MOST Common Issues, APN, Tethering, Etc. That may help PPL more readily, and perhaps cut down on all the Q&A Thng a bit.

Sometimes having JUST a Separate Troubleshooting Folder having ALL The Common Issues and Solutions IN ONE Folder can save PPL the Hassle of having to Dig Deep into the Layers, and Simplify the Process

I agree with @makkahn28  there should be a common trouble shooting /faq etc.. thread stickied.  it would be a  simple bandage fix until the portal issues are fixed.   how many password reset posts are there on a daily basis that could be resolved by having a thread that is stickied with  answers to common issues, even as simple as  @Luddite quirks post 

 

Yes this idea or similar ones have been brought up many times and nothing has been done.  as mentioned in the post PL closing post "the situation is that implementing these changes can sometime take months (or years!) and can be millions of dollars"    But many ideas in the PL are the exact opposite and can take no time and little money to implement, if only there was a will to do so. 

 

@will13am  you are now an Oracle, (even though you are not an PM employee), the title and star put you in a position of higher authority and should require you to be more diplomatic in your replies to members.

@mimmo, let me understand you correctly here.  You want me to display the behaviors of our politicians.  I definitely could use kinder words.  Fact is labs has too many suggestions, many of which cannot be implemented due to practicality reasons.  It's been announced that labs is closing and we want to encourage customers to keep doing what has had a hand in labs being closed.  Yeah go ahead, you can't hurt it anymore.

 

BTW, I have always tried my level best to make labs work by making suggestions that have a chance of being considered.  Otherwise, I can throw in moon shot ideas as well as any other customer.

Solution to this issue, customers should RESEARCH before they subscribe.  Like I did when I joined.
