I know I shouldn't hold my breath for this one...but I'd love to see unused data carryover to the next 90 day cycle (or whatever term you are on). There could even be a cap on it, ie. maxium amount of "2gb" (for example) can carryover. I'm not very consistent with my data usage, some terms I use up almost all my data while other times I have a lot to spare. This would certainly help me balance it out. I noticed the data add-ons are quite expensive.

This is a good idea, I am sure most of us can benefit from this. Would be nice to see PM be innovative and stir things up.. its been a while.

that would be a great idea that mostly won't get implemented.

Well on a 90 day plan you can look of data carrying over each 30 days, which is already better than other carriers.

I would suggest getting a data monitor like mydatamanager there is also the option of renewing your plan early.

I haven't run out of data...it was just something I thought PM could implement to differentiate itself in terms of it's offerings and perhaps be a little more competitive. Or at the very least make that recent 1gb referral add-on a regular thing?

Honestly, when buying buckets of data, you have to judge what you need.  When I signed up, I knew my regular data usage was always between 1 and 2 GB per month.  Almost always just over 1 GB, rarely at 2 GB.

i only switched to the 12 GB plan last fall, when the price for the promo was EXACTLY the same price as the plan I was already on.  This 90 day cycle is almost over, and I’m just breaking the 4 GB usage for the first time, other than an accidental night of unknown data usage of 11.7 GB before renewal happened.

buy what you average, hope for the best.

And if it rolled over each cycle, when and where do you cut it off, even if cap it to only 2 GB?

This would be an awesome idea and it would definitely help with not using a majority of data. Maybe it would be better if there was a cap to how much you are able to carry over, in example 1gb would be the max amount you can carry over on top of your normal monthly usage.

Just make longer rollovers

6 or 12 months instead of 3

If Rogers can do it so can we!
