Change phone number

Hi, eventually, I would like to change my phone number. Right now, I have 5 choices in a little window. I go there all the time to see what new numbers have been added. I want to do that to pick a number that I like. It would be much more convenient to have all the phone numbers available by province. I could have the choice of numbers that I would select as the new number.

You have the list of available numbers so, it would be easy to display all of them, even if the list change over time.

Choose a number and you will be asked if you wish to try for your own selection of 4 digits. Of course, most of the fun ones are already gone. Just don't accidently click "accept". Only 1 change every 30 days I believe.

You can also try any city within your province.

Time consuming but may yield a number you prefer.

I tried what you suggested but, even when I choose a number, there is no way to select the last 4 digits. Maybe I am doing something wrong but I don't know what. When I select a number, there is no option to enter the last 4 digits.

Yup, same here when I looked. I must be remembering the new activations I asisted during the promo. My (fragile) memory recalls the option.

In fact, selecting 4 last digits would be great. It would help to selecting a number if the number is not already chosen. That would be a step in the right direction in my opinion.

Yes, as I've been advising new sign-ups, PM gives you plenty of numbers to choose from only during activation, including customization of last 4 digits.  If you want to change your number afterward, the selector will only show you a few choices at a time, and no last 4 digits customization.  For that reason, it's worth spending extra time during sign-up selecting a good number if there is a possibility that you'll keep it permanently.

The problem is that the number that I have was selected by PM. Nobody told me that it was an option. But nevertheless, it would be nice to have an option to select the last 4 digits.

More choice can't hurt... the numbers available seem pretty limited in some cities.
