We see these posts daily. Lots of confusion out there. It is a simple fix.

Remove the word "expired" from plan and put in something more intuitive.

Say "Promo Plan discount" or "2016 promo" or something.

Would save alot of grief

it got me confused a couple times, but then i figured it out.

The only possible issue is, if they that same line item"expired"  in other places, where changing it would cause more confusion.  Only the IT guys at PM would be able to answer that.

@kav2001c I like this idea so much, that I proposed it myself 4 months ago 🙂

I think it might be done on the more recently discontinued plans and promos already?

(I'm on this spring / early summer's $25 talk & text promo.)

Nice find, @wetcoaster!  Now if only they'd go back and update the 2016 Fall Promo plan code to "2016 Fall Promo (Grandfathered)" instead of the "Expired" it still shows, life would be much better.

It is weird to have it "EXPIRED", almost thought my plan was expired.
