Allow SIM cards orders up to and including the last day of a promo to be retroactively eligible

Having a dealine of Nov 20th for the $40 deal is great if you have bricks and motar stores, but with ordering a SIM card online and having it shipped being the only way to actually get one the dealine is more like Nov 15th (Today) because any cards ordered after today are probably at risk of not arriving in time before Nov 20th.

It probably wouldn't be hard for PM to keep a list of all card #s shipped this week and allow them to activate on the $40 plan after Nov 20th.

I think that any card activated up to the 21st should be eligible, and an option for 1 day delivery should have be made available (for a fee of course)

• If the card was ordered before promo close it would be in hand on the 21st and can be activated
• No card ordered on the 21st could be activated on the 21st.

The line is the 20th. Techincally anyone wishing to advantage of it and orders on the 20th is SOL which is a conflict.

As it stands anyone ordering at this point (the 16th, far before the 20th) is at risk of not being able to take part.  It can also happen that people ordering yesterday or the day before are also at risk if there are mail delivery issues.  Under said conditions it is impossible to predict that you will not receive your order by the deadline.  

@stonechucker asks a valid question: Where does one draw the line.  The issue is, no real line has been drawn from a SIM order vis-a-vis arrival and activation context. What if you only heard about the plan today?

"Here is a great promo that expires in 4 days, but don't bother ordering a new SIM because you are too late to take part even though it has not expired yet!" (I jest)

The promo could have stated:

- All SIMs ordered on or before date X are eligible; and 

- All SIMs acivated on or before date Y are eligible (here, options to offer 1 day shipping to be able to make said date, would need to be available. This way a SIM ordered Saturday the 19th would be in hand on the 21st)

With a store front it is very easy to draw a date line on its own; without one, not so much.

To be honest, I'm really looking forward to this deal being done. It's been very stressful around here lately.
