On the amazing self serve site please add on option for a PUK code and Proper PDF or any other format to show a monthly bill. Eg. For Tax purposes, business expense etc.

Agreed.

 

I would also like to see the option to change the registered e-mail associated with the account (I'm not talking about the username, these 2 can be different).  Same for the PIN.  We're asked to choose one during activation and yet, we can never change it short of sending an e-mail to customer service.

 

More (self-serve) options needed!

this is really an important topic, since PPL can't call *611 to get their PUK code in case their sim is asking for it, how can they get it if they signed after Jan. 27th. any solution to that

They still can send an e-mail to customer support and get their PUK this way.

 

Granted, though, e-mail support ain't the fastest thing around.

^Yeah they can do that but there have been numerous post where people have been unable to email because the PM Site is in so called BETA. ( Which in my eyes its Just an excuse) it's not like PM is a new company

My personal experience, so far, has been "frustratingly slow, but it did go through" when contacting them via "Email Us".

I second the PDF bill option I find the usage history really useless (and slow too) Maybe I am just too numbers prone but I would like to at the very least see some kind of summary (eg 200 minutes 200 txt used last month)
