as an existing member am I able to change my acount when promotions come out or are those only for new customers?

If it's a regular plan you can no problem but sometimes there are promotions or bonuses that are for new activations only, etc. that as existing customers we unfortunately wouldn't be eligible for.

Hi @Jordiehopper ,
Whatever plans you see in your "Change Plan" options, those are the ones that you can change if you wish to do so.
When Public Mobile adds to new Plans or Promotional Plans in your province/area, they should appear there.
Note, if you are in a grandfathered plan and you switch plans you would not be able to go back to the plan. But it may be beneficial to do so depending on which plan you are on and your needs.

@Jordiehopper it depends on the terms of the promotion. Most are for new customers, but some like the $30 2 gig plan were for everyone. Stay safe.
