problems with 15$ plan

i have been having problems with the $15 plan for the last week when suddenly.

1. i am unable to send or receive calls. i am asked to buy LD addon.

2. unable to check voicemail. system suggests LD addon again.

3. all incoming call instantly go to voicemai, which i am not able to access because of #2.

i have messaged the mod team several times but no response. i use my phone no for work and this is becoming extremely frustrating.

Have you used up all your minutes (100) on that plan? If uyou login into your account does it show the minutes counter? If not, you have no more avaialble minutes.

That's because of # 1

Are you on the new $15 plan with unlimited incoming or the old $15 plan? If you are on the old then that's related to #1 again.

Mod response times depend on volume so you need to be patient.

@ovi1313  are you on the unlimited incoming call $15 plan?  or the original plan with 100 minutes. 

have you possibly used up all the minutes.  does the talk addon show up in the overview page  in the addon section.
