@pradeep did you enable roaming and restart your phone in the US? Try manually selecting at&t as your network and restarting your phone if the first suggestion doesn't work. Also did you purchase 2 or more voice add ons ? If you did, you have to contact a moderator and ask them to remobe The extras.
Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen. This connects to the autobot Simon . Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one. (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket )
