my data has dissapeared

somtime early this morning my data stopped working and has dissapeared from my usage window under my account. it worked last night around 10pm but not today.....any ideas anyone?

"Public Mobile here ..." sends you text reminders when Data usage reaches 75% and 95% thresholds.  But it just rudely cuts you off when Data hits 100%, you get no more until your next billing cycle.

 

You can login to Self-Serve and check your Data & Add-On Usage.

 

If it's not already all used up then you should try restarting the device.  And if that doesn't work then confirm your APN settings are correctly configured for Public Mobile (then restart the device to ensure changes to settings take effect).

That is normal if you hit the limit of what data you have on your plan. It will come back when you renew at the end of your current billing cycle. You can also renew early to get it back, or buy the data add-on.
