The 1GB data add on is a one time thing. It does not renew on a monthly basis. After you use the whole 1GB, that's it, it is gone. However, if you meant you haven't used all of it and one day you logged on to self serve to find it disappear, then I recommend talking to a moderator.

You could have used it up. Once it gets used up it will be gone.

 if you think you have not used it all and you can private messages the @Moderator_Team, and they'll get back to you soon and also let you know.
