Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Auto pay not set up correctly. Missed a payment by 2 days but payment went through 5 days a go.  Phone will still not connect to network; no phone calls or texts or data.  How can I fix this?

That's because there is a long-standing known bug in the system that will get stuck and not Autorenew a plan that has been suspended even when there are enough funds in the account. 

 

You discovered the most common solution (and maybe the only one) which is to simply add some funds to the account and it then gets unstuck.

 

In fact, even the mods use this trick regularly to unstick an account (they will add a $1, then remove it).

If your payment went through, might want to try two tricks that might re-activate/reset your plan:

1.  Report your phone lost/stolen in self service account.  Logout.  Wait few minutes.  Login.  Report your phone found.
2.  Manually add $1 into your balance. 
These actions sometimes will reset your SIM/re-activate account.

If that does not work, you will need to contact moderator.  Expect 1- 2 day delay.

Try the lost/stolen feature.
Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.
See what happens.
