@paulyee8, if the calls end in 4001, 4002, 4003, or 4004, these are more than likely your phone forwarding a missed call to voice mail.

On all calling plans, these will appear.  These are never charged to you.

On limited plans (currently $10, and $15) as referenced above, they appear but are not charged.  HOWEVER, calls you make to voicemail directly from your device will record usage and deduct from a bank of minutes.  Calling voice mail should be done from another phone with 'free or included' long-distance minutes.

Also, any calls forwarded to another number on a limited minute plan will consume minutes (ie your to your landline, your office desk, vacation phone number tetc..)

@paulyee8  If you don't mind posting a screenshot for that incorrect calls number we might be able to help you determine what happened.

Remember, 1 second rounds upto the closest minute.

Also there's silence that's counted during the connect & disconect cycles.

Please know that calls use up your plans per minute, and any partial minutes are rounded up.  In addition, when you place a call, the ringing time is included in the call time.  However, your phone's call timer will not account for either of those.
