i tried to make a call and was told no calling on my plan???

You have likely used up all your plan minutes and can add more by clicking on ADD ONS after you log in.

@davep1   Try adding +1 before the number you are dialling. 

 

What plan are you on?  Just check you account if you have depleted all the plan minutes if you are on the limited minute plans.  If you have used up all your minutes then you can purchase the $5/500 Canada wide minutes to supplement your plan, these minutes will roll over every month until used up.

Sounds like you might be on the $10 or $15 plan and have used up all your calling time. Sound about right ?

You can get the $5 / 500 minutes of Canada wide calling add-on to allow more calling time. Those minutes don't expire until you use them up.
