 hey guys i am new to public mobile and i am  unable to login into MY ACCOUNT.. i dont know the password but i do know the security answer..but when i enter the secuitry answer for the password reset. i get a message saying contact public mobile you account is locked.please help thankyou

@Zaber65, I edited your personal information.  Please contact the moderator team as already suggested.

Hi @Zaber65.  Firstly and most important, you need to edit your message and remove your private info (phone# & PIN).  Then, in order to get your password reset, you need to send a private message to the moderator team and ask them to reset it.  Include your phone number and PIN in your message to the moderators.  While you are in communication with them, you might as well ask them to change your CC number & info for you, just to avoid the possibility of any problems changing it in the portal.  The moderators will be back on-line at 9AM (EST).

Lastly, in the future, you should always start a new topic for a new question/issue.  This way you get the most exposure for your question and the fastest response.

I am Zaber Ahmmed, my phone number 647 xxx xxxx, pin number xxxx. I forgot my password. I had preregistered cred card number to make payment. from this month my credit card has been changed. my plan will expire on 5th May.I couldn't login my account to make payment or preregister my credit card number. i am locked out . I need help to way out any way ASAP.

You will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your phone number, pin number and other account info. They will reset the password for you probably tomorrow morning as they are gone for the day.
