Sorry, but calling to Russia is not included with this long distance add-on. You'd have to pay another company or use internet-based calling.

You can use it when your phone is turned on and connected to the network.

Immediately. Unused portion of both minutes or data will roll over to next month. Once all used up, then the add on will disappear.
