hello my tn is **********, and i was having problems sending txt msgs only .. (i could receive make call but not send).
My solution was resolved by changing sim cards with the same tn (but the problem was on your end) this is resolved.
NOW my problem is i paid for a 1gig add on and my data wont work. i worked a few months ago.
Please advise .. thanks (samsung s7 android)

make sure your setting with this https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone are the same and try rebooting your phone

you have to change your data acess point to public mobile

Disregard all that I just posted... Cause that's the operating procedure of a different company..... Oooof the red face on me 🙃 ..data add ons with PM are good till you use em up 👍😎

When you log into your account under data and add-ons is any amount showing ? If no amount is showing then you have reached your limit. Make sure you have the correct APN settings.
