changing plan didn't work

I tried to change the plan twice.  I wanted the $25/mo plan...

 

first time  while I attempted the instant change.

Then I settled for to be activated at the next cycle...

 

Neither worked...

 

kinda unimpressed

If your plan information for the $25 plan looks like the following, you've changed to the current $25 offering:

 

My Plan
  • This plan includes: -
  • - 500MB + 500MB at 3G Speed
  • - Unlimited Canada-wide Talk
  • - Unlimited International Text
$25 per 30 Days
 
If you can look at your 'Plan Detail' button on the overview page, you can see it there.

When you say "Neither worked...", what error message or outcome were you getting?

 

Just in case you already have the $25 plan activated. The system won't allow you to change to the same plan you're already on.

 

Otherwise try clearing browser cache/cookies and trying it again in incognito mode.

Instant change should have worked, are you sure you chose the plan you actually wanted? As for next cycle, do you mean you set it to change and then waited 30 days (give or take) to see if it changed and then it didn't? I've changed plans a few times (on renewal) and each time it has worked fine.

It's a two step process, so you add your funds first, then you go to select the plan you would like to change to and at this time you'll get the option to change at your next renewal.
