Thanks for these tips. I’ve tried them all, no dice. I appreciate the tip about getting email notification when I have a new message from the mod team. I have messaged mod team to ask for help. Thanks 🙂

@reverie79  , @timsteele  Try these tricks to restart your phone service. You could try in order:
1. Restarting your phone. Turn your phone off, wait 30 seconds and restart.
2.Putting your phone on aeroplane mode for 5 minutes. Take it off and restart.
3.From your self service account enable the lost/ stolen feature log out, wait 5  minutes, log in and take it off. Log out and restart your phone.
4. Add a one time payment and of $1 To your account and restart your phone .

If these tricks don't work contact a moderator and ask them to reset your SIM. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen.  This connects to the autobot Simon.  Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket)
Once connected, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password.  Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.

Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent. Also keep an eye on the envelope, the mods answer will show up there.
You can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification sent to your email.
Go into your community account > my settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save

I am having same issue. I have tried all tips provided above. I am trying to call numbers that I was able to call yesterday and other days without issue. But not working today. Getting exact same message as OP. When somebody tries to call me, it goes right to VM. My bill is up to date and I have credit on my account. I checked my plan and it says I have unlimited incoming calls and 100 canada-wide minutes. I checked my usage and I did not use any more than 15 minutes outgoing so far. I paid my bill on March 24 and was working fine since. Until today. I have tried removing SIM and reinserting and rebooting phone. Issue remains. Any suggestions?

@timsteele Try adding a 1 in front of the number. It's the second set of numbers that determine wether your number is local or not. Ie xxx yyy xxxx. Please check the CNAC website to check if your number is local or not http://www.cnac.ca/co_codes/co_code_status.htm . If it isn't you can change your number to the desired local area code once each 30 day cycle through your self service account.

For someone making an outgoing call, it doesn't make any difference what the phone number of the outgoing phone is. It makes no difference for a cell phone (for outgoing). Only the physical location of the outgoing caller and  the receiving end's phone number matters.

@timsteele Is your account active? Do you have enough funds? Try to add 1$ extra of your plan charge, and turn off your phone. Wait for 30sec, and turn it on.

What's your location (city, town or whatever) and what's the area code of the number?

What type of plan do you have ?  Log into your account and if no minutes appear then you have used up your limit. You could buy an add-on for 500 minutes for $5.  Try dialing 1 before area code and phone#.
