Your best to leave it be where it is. If you got any balance, each month when your plan comes up for renewal, It will take any funds from there before charging your cc. You can also use the balance to purchase any add-on.

@khajask PM is prepaid there are no refunds. You would have to contact the moderators and ask them to refund it for you. If you are lucky and get one, it takes approximately one month to get it. It's better to leave it there to pay for your plan renewal.
If you would still like to try for the refund, contact the moderators and ask them to to reset your service. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

You would be better off to keep the money in your account as a credit.
You need to add it to your account.

You're best to keep the funds in your account to cover future plan payment due dates. A refund could take several weeks.
For addons its a two step process. 1 add money 2 buy add-on.
If you want a refund and money is in balance you can contact moderators. Again could take several weeks.
